There's 2 ways of installing.
If you already have Psych Engine, you can download mods.rar and put it there.
You can also download a build of PE with KM
The executable is for Windows, and the mods folder is for Psych Engine, at the moment only having Windows link by gamebanana. Don't get me wrong, I love Linux but Psych Engine is for Windows at the moment, I believe. Your best option is to get a Linux build somehow or use Wine (Recommended).
